This Privacy Policy describes how One Punch Workout ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. It is provided for compliance with the Google Play Store and other app store requirements.

1. Overview

One Punch Workout is a fitness and training tracking app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App uses and how it is handled.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

2.1 Data Stored Only on Your Device (Local Data)

The App stores the following data only on your device using local storage. This data is not sent to our servers (we do not operate any backend servers for this App):

• Training data: Your exercise list, daily progress, completed sessions, and training history
• Statistics: Streaks, total completed days, medals, and other workout statistics
• Health data: Your weight, height, age, sex, weight history, and step counts
• Preferences: Your selected training plan, exercise targets, notification on/off setting, and app background/theme preferences
• Onboarding: Whether you have completed the initial setup

Purpose: To provide and personalize the App (e.g., show your history, streaks, reminders, and health metrics).

Your control: You can delete all of this data at any time using Settings → Reset All Data in the App.

2.2 Analytics (PostHog)

The App uses PostHog (EU-hosted) for anonymous usage analytics. PostHog helps us understand how the App is used and improve its features.

Data collected and sent:

• App interactions and usage events (which features are used)
• A random install ID (to distinguish different app installations, not linked to your identity)
• Approximate country (derived from IP address, not precise location)
• Device and OS information (device type, OS version, app version)

Data that NEVER leaves your device:

• Your body data (weight, height, age, sex, step counts)
• Your workout history and training details
• Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone)
• Precise location

Data retention: Analytics data is kept for 12 months and then automatically deleted.

Turn it off: You can disable analytics at any time in Settings → Privacy to stop sending usage data to PostHog.

2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads. Both banner and interstitial ads request non-personalized ads only. AdMob may collect and use data as described in:

Non-personalized ads may still use coarse data (e.g., general location) but do not use your past activity for ad personalization. You can control ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.

2.4 Notifications

If you enable Daily Nudges & Encouragement in Settings, the App will send you local push notifications (e.g., reminders to train). Notification content is generic (no personal data). You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

2.5 In-App Review

The App may prompt you to rate the App using your device's built-in store review (Google Play). That flow is handled by Google Play; we do not collect or store your review text or rating.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any account information (the App has no sign-in).
• We do not collect precise location.
• We do not sell your data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App or use Reset All Data in Settings.
• Analytics data: Kept for 12 months by PostHog and then automatically deleted.
• Ad-related data: Governed by Google's policies (see links above).

To request deletion of your analytics data before the 12-month period ends, contact us at info@medianomine.lt and we will submit the request to PostHog.

6. Security

Local data (training details, health metrics, preferences): Your detailed training data, weight, height, age, and personal preferences stay on your device and are not transmitted to the internet.

Analytics events: Summary analytics (streaks count, completed days count, setting changes) are sent to PostHog via encrypted connections to help us improve the App. This data does not include your personal training details or sensitive health metrics.

We rely on your device's built-in security and the security practices of the third-party services listed above.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (especially under GDPR in the EU), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data:

• Access / Delete local data: Use Settings → Reset All Data in the App to clear all App data on your device.
• Delete analytics data: Contact us at info@medianomine.lt to request deletion of your PostHog analytics data.
• Disable analytics: Use Settings → Privacy → Disable Analytics in the App to stop sending usage data to PostHog.
• Opt out of ads personalization: Use Google Ad Settings.
• Disable notifications: Use Settings in the App to turn off Daily Nudges & Encouragement.
• Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. For significant changes, we may notify you in the App or via the store listing.
