This Privacy Policy describes how One Punch Training ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. It is provided for compliance with the Google Play Store and other app store requirements.

1. Overview

One Punch Training is a fitness and training tracking app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App uses and how it is handled.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

2.1 Data Stored Only on Your Device (Local Data)

The App stores the following data only on your device using local storage. This data is not sent to our servers (we do not operate any backend servers for this App):

• Training data: Your exercise list, daily progress, completed sessions, and training history
• Statistics: Streaks, total completed days, medals, and other workout statistics
• Preferences: Your selected training plan, exercise targets, notification on/off setting, and app background/theme preferences
• Onboarding: Whether you have completed the initial setup

Purpose: To provide and personalize the App (e.g., show your history, streaks, and reminders).

Your control: You can delete all of this data at any time using Settings → Reset All Data in the App.

2.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect and use data as described in:

The App requests non-personalized ads where supported, which may still use coarse data (e.g., general location) but not past activity for ad personalization. You can control ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.

2.3 Notifications

If you enable Daily Nudges & Encouragement in Settings, the App will send you local push notifications (e.g., reminders to train). Notification content is generic (no personal data). You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

2.4 In-App Review

The App may prompt you to rate the App using your device's built-in store review (Google Play). That flow is handled by Google Play; we do not collect or store your review text or rating.

• We do not collect your name, email, or any account information (the App has no sign-in).
• We do not collect precise location.
• We do not sell your data.

• Local data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App or use Reset All Data in Settings.
• Ad-related data: Governed by Google's policies (see links above).

We do not transmit your training or preference data to the internet; it stays on your device. We rely on your device's built-in security and the security practices of the third-party services listed above.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data:

• Access / Delete local data: Use Settings → Reset All Data in the App to clear all App data on your device.
• Opt out of ads personalization: Use Google Ad Settings.
• Disable notifications: Use Settings in the App to turn off Daily Nudges & Encouragement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. For significant changes, we may notify you in the App or via the store listing.
